I got into commercial real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems. Finding the right space for a small business isn't just a transaction — it's often one of the biggest decisions a business owner makes. I take that seriously.

I specialize in small retail and commercial spaces in Santa Rosa and across Sonoma County. That focus is intentional. Small spaces are often overlooked by larger brokerages, but they're exactly where most small business owners need help — and where I can make the biggest difference.

I work with both tenants and landlords, which gives me a perspective that most brokers don't have. I understand what landlords are looking for in a tenant, and I use that knowledge to help my tenant clients put their best foot forward.
